Effective 29 July 2026 · VibeRoll is made by Questera Marketing

The short version: VibeRoll is a desktop app you buy once and run on your own computer. Everything it does — transcription, editing, rendering, storage — happens on your own device, using your own disk space. We don't store your videos, and your license key is yours to use like any file you own.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Questera Marketing ("we", "us") covering the VibeRoll desktop application and the viberoll.questera.ai website. By purchasing, downloading or using VibeRoll you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use VibeRoll.

2. License

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VibeRoll.
Activation uses an offline license key issued to your purchase email. The key is verified on your device; it is not bound to a specific machine, and no account is created.
New installs include a 7-day free trial (email only, no payment details); after it ends the app locks until activated with a valid license key.
You may use VibeRoll for commercial work (including client videos). You may not resell, rent, sublicense, publish or redistribute the app or license keys.

3. Local operation — your device, your data, your responsibility

VibeRoll runs entirely on your own computer. Transcription, edit planning, rendering and all output — projects, transcripts, rendered videos — are written to your own disk, using your own storage space.
We do not store your information on our end (see the Privacy Policy for the narrow licensing exceptions), and we have no copies of your videos.
You are responsible for your device's storage capacity, for backing up files you care about, and for securing your machine. We are not responsible for any data storage on your device, nor for loss, corruption or deletion of locally stored data.

4. Your content and acceptable use

Your footage and the videos VibeRoll renders from it are yours. We claim no rights over them.
Only edit footage you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for the rights to any material in your videos and for complying with the license terms of stock providers (Pexels, Pixabay) and any AI-generation service you connect.
Don't use VibeRoll to produce unlawful content, and don't attempt to break, forge or circumvent the licensing system.

5. Purchases, pricing and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout; promotional launch pricing may change without notice.
Since a 7-day free trial lets you evaluate everything before buying, purchases are generally final — but if something's wrong, email support@questera.ai and we'll make it right.

6. Requirements & third-party services

VibeRoll requires a supported macOS (Apple Silicon) computer — a Windows build is on the waitlist. Optional features use API keys you supply for third-party services (an LLM provider, Pexels, Pixabay, an AI clip-generation service); your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their costs are billed to you by them. VibeRoll uses sherpa-onnx for on-device speech recognition and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pexels, Pixabay, Apple, or any AI provider.

7. Disclaimer

VibeRoll is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Edit plans, b-roll selections, transcriptions and rendered output are generated automatically and may contain mistakes — review your video before publishing. We don't guarantee views, engagement, or fitness of any output for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to VibeRoll is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data stored on your device or loss of business.

9. Termination

We may terminate a license that materially breaches these terms (for example, license-key abuse or redistribution). You can stop using VibeRoll at any time; sections 3, 7 and 8 survive.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the app will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
